Shipping policy

We aim to ship within 2 business days (unless otherwise stated on the website)

Shipping within NZ will take approximately 3-5 business days.

If you're address is a rural Delivery address and you have not selected the rural delivery shipping option we will not ship you item until this has been added. If we have not contacted you in regard to this please reach out to hello@terrasulis.co.nz.

Terra Sulis is founded with heart based values. Honesty and reverence for the planet lie at the centre of everything we do. Every choice is guided by the impact on the earth - from the ingredients we source to the packaging we design, and from our processes to the stories we share.

Each step is a commitment to care, intention and respect for the environment, and the people who inhabit it.

At least fifty percent of profit goes towards caring for the vulnerable, the planet, and addressing inequality. In 2024 and 2025 we partnered with Wahine Toa Rising to support them in a small way with their big mission.

Our promise is to continue to find partnerships aligned with our values and we are able to do that because of our amazing customers. Our dream is to set up the Little Candle Charity Foundation one day with the remainder of the profits, to do more.
